How I Got STARTED

In 2018, after 10 years in banking, I had a wake-up call—I realized how deeply unhappy I was. I had an inner knowing that I was meant for more. Most of my time was spent feeling undervalued and complaining about a job that drained me. That discomfort became my catalyst. I took a leap of faith, quit my job, became a certified personal trainer, and moved to Los Angeles. That’s when I feel my life truly began.

In 2021, I went through the most difficult breakup of my life. It shattered me—and yet, it became the catalyst for something even bigger. I closed my fitness business, moved back to Florida, and started the real work: healing.

Four years later, I’ve built a raw, honest, and loving community—one rooted in TRUTH. I'm known for being brutally honest in my approach, not to tell people what to think, but to guide them in learning how to think for themselves.

I'm passionate about people. I'm passionate about healing. And above all, I'm passionate about showing others how to heal themselves.

My WHY

When I had my spiritual awakening in 2021, I was so eager to share all of my new found truths with my loved ones and community. However, it got to a point where I was aggressively trying to force others to face their uncomfortable truths before they were ready. I didn’t like how that made me feel. We wake up when we are ready, if ever. I made a choice to turn my pain into purpose and created a series of tools that allow people to receive these revelations when THEY are ready.
